They also have such a wide variety and treats and other pet supplies in their store, and are so helpful with any questions you may have about their products or your pets behaviours.

The team at The Pawfectionist recommended some anxiety medication for my anxious bull terrier who's frightened of my neighbors and other dogs on her walks. It's been 3 days and... read more she's already a lot more relaxed. The store also has a great range of toys that I haven't found at other pet stores.

Belinda and her husband are probably two of the most unhelpful people. I feel extremely unwelcome every time I come into the store, I’m hardly greeted. Not to mention the... read more prices are unbelievable. Belinda has the mindset of a PTA mother and has harassed me continuously about my own dog and has threatened to call the RSPCA on me because my dog has barked for an hour of a morning. Yet Belinda trains dogs by using harsh dog shock collars if she is making money from a service. I will never shop here again and would rather go to pet barn where the customer service is fantastic and the staff genuinely care about your pets.

When we made the decision that we could not have our wedding without our naughty dogs, we had to have the best in town trainers to assist on the day!... read more We were so lucky to have been referred to Belinda and Andrew who did a marvelous job in looking after our dogs, transporting them to the venue and keeping them calm during the wedding. They are such absolute legends too- they went above and beyond when a freak storm hit during the wedding and quickly escorted the dogs to safety. Not to mention, assist our guests with umbrellas. True professionals, trustworthy, reliable and all round awesome people. Thank you Belinda and Andrew - our dogs were in the best hands xx
