I was having trouble with my beautiful girl Sadie constantly barking at everything. After wasting my money trying different internet fad products that didn’t work, like the citronella collar and the high frequency emitting deterrents, I was at my wits end. However with Paul’s expert advice we have been able to stop the long barking outbursts much to our (and our neighbours!!) relief. Also, after being out of stock of a particular item online, I sent an email enquiring when the item may be back in stock and Paul called with the hour to confirm there was actually the item in the store but the website hadn’t been updated just yet. They are such absolute legends too- they went above and beyond when a freak storm hit during the wedding and quickly escorted the dogs to safety. Not to mention, assist our guests with umbrellas.
