I was having trouble with my beautiful girl Sadie constantly barking at everything. After wasting my money trying different internet fad products that didn’t work, like the citronella collar and the high frequency emitting deterrents, I was at my wits end. However with Paul’s expert advice we have been able to stop the long barking outbursts much to our (and our neighbours!!) relief. Also, after being out of stock of a particular item online, I sent an email enquiring when the item may be back in stock and Paul called with the hour to confirm there was actually the item in the store but the website hadn’t been updated just yet. Belinda and her husband are probably two of the most unhelpful people. I feel extremely unwelcome every time I come into the store, I’m hardly greeted. Belinda has the mindset of a PTA mother and has harassed me continuously about my own dog and has threatened to call the RSPCA on me because my dog has barked for an hour of a morning. Yet Belinda trains dogs by using harsh dog shock collars if she is making money from a service. I will never shop here again and would rather go to pet barn where the customer service is fantastic and the staff genuinely care about your pets.
