Also, after being out of stock of a particular item online, I sent an email enquiring when the item may be back in stock and Paul called with the hour to confirm there was actually the item in the store but the website hadn’t been updated just yet. The people at Pawfectionist did a great job grooming Luna and my other dog. She’s very difficult to groom so would definitely recommend.
